Taste the quality of local products and discover all the production processes with your own eyes.
You will have the opportunity to visit local farmers and participate in the Molise Farm project.
Day 1
- Breakfast at il Giardino
- Visiting old town of Termoli and seaside
- Picnic lunch (previously preprared basket with Molise products) by the beach
- Visit the old town of Rotello, lesson about olive oil production, walk around the grove, visit at the museum and factory of olive oil. All finished by the tasting of EVO Donna Giulia
- Short trip to the city nearby – Santa Croche. Have a walk in beautiful old town and visit at factory of Michele. Learning about the dairy production and shop some ingredients for dinner.
- Join a lesson of home made pizza dough and dinner at il Giardino.
Day 2
- Breakfast at the garden
- Visit nearby city called Casacalenda, contemporary art walk – openair museum
- Next stop at city called Civitacampomarano, walk around the old town and street art.
- Visit at the local vinery, wine tasting with aperitivo
- Come back to Rotello
- Dinner in local restuarant with typical food from Molise region
